I don’t just talk sustainability— I build it
As ESG/Sustainability Manager at ARB Apex Bank PLC, I lead the integration of environmental, social and governance principles across one of Ghana’s most far-reaching banking networks- including over 140 Community Banks. My mandate is simple but significant: make sustainability real, measurable and lasting.
Before this I spent over three years at Deloitte & Touché Ghana as an ESG/Sustainability Senior Consultant- delivering strategy, gap analysis, reporting and assurance for clients across the energy, finance, mining, insurance and the public sector. I was one of the professionals to master the IFRS S1 & S2 sustainability disclosure standards, and I guided leading institutions through their adoption journey.
